International Business Law

A review of the international legal system with particular emphasis on the economies of major importance for Italian companies. Contractual problems are explored on an international level, such as the application of European Union directives on the Public Administration and on company relations. Different types of contracts are also examined (e.g. licensing contracts and franchising contracts relating to international joint ventures). In addition, aspects such as brand management and the protection of know-how and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) are discussed.
