Project Management

Project Management is part of a person's every day life, be it professionally or personally. This course provides the ideal opportunity for students to understand principles and theories of managing projects and adapting to change in order to achieve their goals.

The role of Project Manager has a great impact on a project's results, on team members and all stakeholders involved. Knowledge and experience, personal attitudes and specific managerial tools are fundamental as well as learning how to deal with complexity and making decisions, and of course taking responsibility for those decisions.

The course is inspired by the PM BoK (Body of Knowledge) from the Project Management Institute.
